J. Alan Mathis is the Director of the Plans and Programs Directorate, Warner Robins Air Logistics Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The Plans and Programs Directorate develops, coordinates and implements center policies and processes to enable integrated acquisition support, intelligence support and product support life cycle planning to improve the speed and credibility with which the Center delivers capabilities to the warfighter.
