Bruce Cotterman is Managing Director of The BAS Group providing management, team building and marketing services supporting defense industries globally. In the US Army’s Office of Acquisition, Technology and Logistics he was Deputy Director for Programs and Policies for its annual $12 billion Acquisition/R&D budget and Deputy Director for System Integration across 400 programs. In the Army Material Command he was Business Manager and Program Manager. He is a graduate of the Army War College. |
